Sky’s Pizza Pie

This here 24,” house-specialty Sky’s Pizza Pie is a landscape of pizza flavor! I get such a kick out of the fact you barely fit through Sky’s front door carrying out one of these beauties and likewise loading your vehicle (if you don’t have a trunk) requires tilting the boxes at a precarious angle and maybe laying down the passenger seat! 😂 It’s a fun challenge for me every time and totally worth it! The red sauce is packed with flavor, and the NY-style crust has you ALL the textures covered: thin and crispy on the inside + thick and chewy on the outside. You really can’t go wrong here! But if you need a place to start, my 3 favorites listed from last to first are: the COB, meat lovers, and firstly the house-specialty-of course!
