Red Hot Chili Peppers 4 

I’ve dreamed about painting a composition like this with peppers from my garden for SO long, and now I’ve finally been able to do it! It didn’t work out exactly how I pictured it in my mind or when I sketched it out on paper. That happens a LOT...I’ll envision a composition from a simplified design perspective, and when it comes time to make the design work with three dimensional objects, I run into problems that need to be solved in 3-D. As I’ve grown (gotten OLDer) as an artist, I’ve learned the importance of adapting and making the best of what you have to work with. So, where you end up isn’t exactly what you had in mind, but that’s the adventure in painting...which happens to be great advice for life, too.
