Sushi at Dharma Blue

I’ve been looking for a new favorite sushi place since Sumo Sushi closed a couple years ago 😥, and I believe I’ve found it in Dharma Blue! Housed in a pale pink, antebellum dwelling turned sidewalk cafe in historic Seville Square, Dharma Blue offers diners legit southern atmosphere in which to enjoy a curated menu replete with funky fresh sushi created by sushi legend, Yoshi Eddings. For over 25 years, Dharma Blue has been preparing Gulf-fresh fish from their own market in Destin with the conviction that a-less-is-more approach lets the seafood do the talking and is evident in every bite. Serving authentic Gulf-to-table stories with a side of southern history is how Dharma Blue rolls, and I’m looking forward to experiencing them ALL. So many rolls, so little time. ❤️⁠
